Currently, I maintain a private practice in Providence, RI, where I offer neuropsychological and psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy to adolescents, college students, and adults through the lifespan. As a recognized author, I have had the pleasure of presenting to audiences locally, nationally, and internationally. I also enjoy providing mental health resources and presentations as a volunteer with community organizations.
I specialize in offering affirming, nonjudgmental, and skills-based, solution focused services. I most often work with folks to address anxiety, trauma recovery, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and building emotional competence and resilience (especially in teens and young adults). I particularly focus on goal setting, identifying strengths and values, identity development and affirmation, personal empowerment, communication skills, and distress tolerance through transitional challenges.
I am licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island in the United States, and am licensed to provide virtual care to folks residing in PsyPact states. I am a member of the American Psychological Association, Rhode Island Psychological Association, National Association of School Psychologists, and the International Association of School Psychologists.
